Extended holiday returns start now (so you can get a stress-free head start on the season). All purchases made between Wednesday, November 5, 2025 through Friday, December 12, 2025 can be returned through Sunday, January 11, 2026.
We want you to love your Coathtch product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail or to a Cothtach store within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)

We're sorry, but customized items & made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Cothtach Create or monogrammed items and cut-to-size belts. If you're not satisfied with your customized Cothtach Create piece, however, bring it to a Cothtach store with customization services and our craftsmen will switch out your embellishments for free.

We offer full refunds when you return your item in-person at Cothtach stores. Find your nearest one here.
Return by Mail:
You can return your new and unused item(s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address.

When using our pre-paid label, $7 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always fully complimentary. For more information, please click here.
Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
