For 250ml / 8.45 fl.oz. Milk (for 4 servings) 1. Rinse mixing bowl with hot water. Pour cold milk into the mixing cup. 2. add cream powder and mix briefly with a mixer (paddles) on low speed. Then whip on highest speed for 3 min. Pour the mousse into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The mousse becomes - prepared with 250 ml milk particularly airy & fluffy Tip: prepared with 200 ml milk and 100 g whipped cream a little creamier.
